One yard, three delivery zones. Find your town or county below for the lead time, the delivery line and the local rules that apply.

Calls answered in person Mon–Sat, 7 AM–7 PM

Which towns are in the same-day delivery zone?

The same-day zone is every Butler County municipality plus the Pittsburgh North Hills, the west half of Armstrong County, Lawrence County, Beaver County and southern Mercer County: roughly everything within 45 minutes of 180 Hollywood Drive. Order before 1 PM Monday through Saturday and the unit is delivered the same day for a $75 route-change fee; next-morning delivery is free.

Scheduled routes (3–5 business days)

Scheduled-route cities are best for multi-unit and 28-day orders; for a single weekend unit a closer yard is usually cheaper and we say so on the call.

Where in the City of Butler and Butler Township do you deliver?

Every street in the City of Butler (ZIPs 16001–16003) and Butler Township is within 15 minutes of the yard and is the first stop on every route: Institute Hill, The Island, North Butler, South Hills, South Side and the West End in the city; Homeacre, Lyndora, Meridian, Meadowood, Oak Hills, Shanor-Northvue and the new subdivisions in the township.

Which Butler rules affect delivery?

  • Streets and sidewalks: City Code §232-6 requires an obstruction permit from Business and Community Development (140 W. North St) for anything placed in a street, alley or sidewalk. Driveways and lots need nothing. Source
  • City parks: shelters at Butler Memorial Park, Ritts, Rotary, Institute Hill and Father Marinaro are $35–$70 per day; park restrooms are open only April 15–November 1. Source
  • Alameda Park: county park; reserve through Parks and Recreation (724-284-5383) and confirm unit placement.
  • State parks: Moraine, McConnells Mill and Jennings need DCNR permits listing portable restrooms (15 days for parties, 90 for races). Source
  • Climate: 35 inches of snow, January lows near 17 °F; units are brined November–March. Last frost May 14, first frost October 8.
  • Big dates: Big Butler Fair (July 3–11, 2026), Butler Farm Show (Aug 10–15, 2026), Bantam Jeep Festival (June 12–14, 2026), Pennsic (late July), Butler Road Race (June).

Checked October 2026. Confirm with the permit office or venue; we are an operator, not a permit service.

Service-area questions

Do you deliver outside Pennsylvania?

No. Our routes end at the state line. Call anyway and we will point you to a hauler we know in Ohio or West Virginia if we have one.

How do I know if my address is same-day?

Type your ZIP in the checker above, or call. Butler County, the Pittsburgh North Hills, Lawrence, Beaver, western Armstrong and southern Mercer counties are same-day before 1 PM.

Why list cities 5 hours away?

Because we deliver there on scheduled routes for multi-unit and 28-day orders, and because customers in those cities should see the real lead time and delivery cost before they call, not a promise of same-day.

Is the price different by town?

Unit rates are identical everywhere. The delivery line is $75 within 25 miles of Butler and $3 per mile each way beyond; each town page shows its line.
