Deluxe unit (sink inside)
Deluxe Porta Potty Rental With Interior Sink in Butler, PA
The deluxe unit is the standard porta potty with a real sink inside. It is what we send to cookouts, graduation parties and food-truck events where guests want to wash, not sanitize.

What makes the deluxe porta potty different from the standard?
The deluxe porta potty adds an interior foot-pump sink with a fresh-water tank, a soap dispenser, a paper-towel holder, a mirror and a coat hook to the standard layout. The toilet itself is the same non-flushing seat over a 60-gallon tank. The unit is 47 inches wide, 3.5 inches wider than the standard, so it needs a 52-inch gate.

Does the sink need a water hookup?
No hookup. The sink draws from a sealed fresh-water tank inside the unit and drains into a gray-water tank, both filled and emptied by our driver. For weekend events the tank is filled at delivery and lasts the event. On monthly rentals it is refilled at the weekly service visit.

Deluxe unit or standard unit plus a handwashing station?
For one or two units at a party, the deluxe unit is simpler: $395 versus $425 for a standard unit with a station, and nobody has to find the sink. For three or more units, one freestanding two-sided handwashing station beside standard units costs less and washes two people at once, which keeps the food line moving.
| Option | Event price | Washes per fill | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 deluxe unit | $395 | About 150 | Parties up to 50 guests with food |
| 1 standard + 1 handwash station | $425 | About 350 (two basins) | Jobsites; parties where the sink should be near the food |
| 3 standard + 1 handwash station | $981 | About 350 | 100–150 guests |
| 3 deluxe units | $1185 | About 450 total | Guests who expect a sink in every stall |

Questions renters ask about this unit
Is the deluxe unit flushable?
No. The deluxe unit has a sink but the same non-flushing toilet as the standard unit. If you want a flush, the flushable unit has a foot-pedal flush and a sink; it costs more and is the unit we recommend for weddings.
How long does the sink water last at a party?
About 150 hand washes on one fill, which covers a 4-hour party of 50 to 75 guests. For larger or longer events we add a freestanding handwashing station or a mid-event refill.
Does the sink water freeze in winter?
It can. From November through March we run deluxe units with the sink drained unless the unit is inside a heated enclosure, and we add a brine charge to the toilet tank. Winter customers who need handwashing usually take a standard unit plus a heated handwash station instead.
Can I rent just one deluxe unit for a backyard graduation party?
One deluxe unit is our most common graduation-party order in Butler. For 50 or fewer guests over 4 to 5 hours, one deluxe unit is enough; from 51 to 100 guests, add a standard unit beside it.
What is in the gray-water tank and where does it go?
Only sink water: soap and rinse water from the basin. It is pumped by our truck and discharged with the toilet waste at a permitted treatment plant. Nothing drains onto your lawn.
Do contractors rent the deluxe unit?
Some do, for supervisors' trailers and for sites where the handwashing station would be in the way. Most jobsites take standard units plus one shared handwashing station, which satisfies OSHA 1926.51(f) at lower cost.
