What five things set the price?
Five inputs set a porta potty price: the delivery address (distance from Butler), the unit type, the dates (event rate, short-term or 28-day cycles), the service schedule (weekly is included, extra visits cost more), and the quantity (orders of 4+ event units and 5+ monthly units get per-unit discounts). Give the office those five on the call and the quote is final.
- Address. Within 25 miles of 180 Hollywood Dr the delivery line is $75; beyond that, $3 per mile each way.
- Unit type. Standard is the base; sinks, flush, accessibility and trailers add cost.
- Dates. Up to 4 days is the event rate; 5–14 days is event + $60; 15 days and up is cheaper on the 28-day rate.
- Service. Weekly included on 28-day rentals; event rentals unserviced unless you add a visit.
- Quantity. 4+ event units or 5+ monthly units: ask for the volume rate.
What does a sample itemized quote look like?

Total before tax for 10 weeks: $1644.

A 150-guest wedding with a two-station trailer and one flushable unit: $1750 + $250 + $475 = $2475 before tax, nothing else unless you add a generator or attendant.
How do national booking sites price differently?
National booking sites broker your order to a local hauler and add their margin, a "fuel fee", a card fee of about 3%, a rush fee for next-day delivery and a removal fee at pickup, so a unit quoted at $199 arrives on a $350 first invoice. Our price list is the invoice: unit, delivery, chosen add-ons and sales tax, from the yard that delivers it.

Pricing questions
Is the price per day?
No. Event rentals are a flat rate for up to 4 days. Longer rentals bill per 28-day cycle, not per day, and a cycle costs the same for 1 day or 28.
Why is the monthly unit cheaper than the weekend unit?
The weekend event price ($278) includes delivery, pickup and a detailed event-row unit for a short job; the 28-day price ($199) excludes the one-time delivery charge and spreads our cost over a longer rental. For 15 days or more the 28-day rate is almost always cheaper.
Do you charge tax?
Pennsylvania sales tax of 6% applies to the rental line. Butler County has no additional local sales tax. Delivery is not taxed. Tax-exempt organizations send a REV-1220 before the first invoice.
Is there a deposit?
Event rentals are paid at booking. Restroom trailers take a 25% deposit with the balance due 10 days before the event. Monthly rentals pay the first cycle at delivery; contractors can apply for net-15 terms.
Do prices go up on holiday weekends?
The unit rate does not. Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day weekends sell out, so the only change is availability; book 2–3 weeks ahead. Holiday-day emergency delivery is the one surcharge ($150).
Can I get a discount for multiple units?
Yes: 4 or more event units or 5 or more monthly units on one order get a per-unit discount quoted on the call. Festival orders of 10+ are priced from $218 per standard unit.
What does it cost to deliver to Cranberry Township or Pittsburgh?
Cranberry Township is within 25 miles, so delivery is the standard $75. Pittsburgh city addresses are about 33 miles, so the delivery line is roughly $123. Unit rates are the same everywhere.
