Event Porta Potty Rental in Butler, PA for Parties, Reunions and Races
Clean event units delivered Friday and picked up Monday for one flat price, sized to your headcount and placed where the party is not.
Calls answered in person Mon–Sat, 7 AM–7 PM
How does a weekend event rental work?
For a Saturday or Sunday event we deliver Friday, you keep the unit through the weekend, and we pick up Monday, all for one event price that covers up to 4 days. Delivery on Friday means a flat tire or a late job on Saturday cannot touch your party, and Monday pickup means nobody is loading a truck in your driveway during cleanup.
- Call with the date, ZIP and headcount. You get a price on the call. Weekend units are reserved on a deposit or full payment.
- Mark the spot. Flat ground, downwind of the food, within 25 feet of where the truck parks, away from the drain field.
- Friday delivery. Driver sets, levels, stakes if windy, stocks paper and sanitizer, fills sinks.
- Your event. For 150+ guests or 6+ hours, an afternoon service visit keeps it fresh.
- Monday pickup. Nothing to do on your end. Holiday weekends pick up Tuesday.

Do I need a permit for a porta potty at a park or on the street in Butler?
On private property in Butler, no permit is needed. On a City of Butler street or sidewalk, the unit is an obstruction under City Code §232-6 and needs a permit from the Office of Business and Community Development at 140 W. North Street. City park shelters are rented through the City; county shelters at Alameda Park through Butler County Parks and Recreation (724-284-5383). State parks need a DCNR activity permit.
- City of Butler parks (Memorial Park, Ritts, Rotary, Institute Hill, Father Marinaro): shelters $35–$70 per day; park restrooms are open only April 15–November 1, so spring and fall rentals usually add a unit. Source: City of Butler shelter information.
- Alameda Park (county): confirm placement with Parks and Recreation when you reserve the shelter; we deliver to the shelter lot.
- Moraine, McConnells Mill, Jennings (DCNR): parties and reunions need an Activity Permit 15 days ahead; races, festivals and tournaments need an Activity Agreement 90 days ahead and the plan must list portable restrooms. Source: PA DCNR special activities.
- Public-property events: 5% of units in each cluster must be wheelchair-accessible (2010 ADA Standards §213.2).
Confirm with the permit office or venue before booking; we are not a permit service. Checked October 2026.
Questions customers ask about this rental
The party is Saturday. Can you drop it off Saturday morning and pick it up Sunday?
We deliver Saturdays, but we do not run pickups on Sunday. The standard plan is Friday delivery and Monday pickup for the same price, which is what nearly every Butler party uses. If you need Saturday delivery because of a Friday event at the same spot, tell us and we schedule the first stop of the day.
Is the price per day?
No. The event price is a flat rate for up to 4 days on site, so Friday through Monday costs the same as one day. Rentals longer than 4 days are priced as short-term or 28-day rentals, whichever is cheaper.
How many do I need for 75 guests?
Two units for a 4-hour party without a bar: 75 ÷ 50 rounds up to 2. Add one more if alcohol is served or the party runs past 4 hours. If the house bathroom is open and the group is family, one unit is usually fine.
Do you have units nicer than the blue jobsite kind?
Yes. Our event fleet is kept separate from the construction fleet. For parties we send gray or white event units or the deluxe unit with a sink; for weddings the flushable unit or a trailer. Tell us it is a party and the driver loads from the event row.
What if the ground is soft after rain?
The driver picks the firmest spot near your mark, usually the driveway edge or a gravel pad. We carry 4 × 8 ground mats for grass placements; ask when you book if your yard holds water.
Can I cancel if the weather turns?
Cancel more than 48 hours before delivery for a full refund. Inside 48 hours we keep only the delivery charge. We deliver in rain; the unit does not care.
Will the unit smell during a hot July party?
Not with a fresh charge of deodorizer and a tank that is empty at delivery. For 150+ guests or events over 6 hours in July and August, a $45 mid-event service keeps it fresh through the evening.
