What this website collects, why, and what we do with it. Short version: we collect what we need to quote and deliver a rental, and we do not sell it.
What we collect
Quote and contact forms: ZIP code, phone number, delivery and pickup dates, unit type, quantity, headcount, and the page the form was sent from. Forms are submitted through Web3Forms, which emails the contents to our office and does not keep a copy beyond its delivery logs.
Phone and text: If you call or text (724) 233-8539, your number and the details you give us are kept in our dispatch records for the rental and for follow-up on that rental.
Website analytics: We may use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization to count page views, call-button clicks and form submissions per page. We do not use advertising pixels or remarketing.
Cookies: This site sets no cookies of its own. Google Analytics, if enabled, sets its standard first-party cookies. The embedded Google Map on the contact page may set Google cookies when loaded.
How we use it
- To price, schedule, deliver, service and invoice your rental.
- To call or text you about that rental (delivery window, pickup confirmation, invoice).
- To understand which pages generate calls so we can improve the site.
We do not send marketing email or text campaigns, and we do not sell, rent or share customer data with advertisers or data brokers.
Who sees it
Our office staff and drivers, for your rental. Service providers who process it for us: Web3Forms (form delivery), our card processor (payments; we never store full card numbers), and Google (analytics and maps). Each is bound by its own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
Rental and invoice records are kept for 7 years for tax purposes. Quote requests that do not become rentals are deleted after 12 months.
Your choices
Ask us to see, correct or delete your information by emailing office@butlerportapotty.com or calling (724) 233-8539. We will respond within 30 days. You can block analytics with a browser setting or extension; the site works the same.
Children
This site is for adults arranging rentals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it.
